Crillon Le Brave’s gastronomic restaurant La Madeleine boasts a Provencal flavour and tantalizing menu to match; inspired by the wealth of Provence’s local terroir, Anissa Boulesteix carefully selects ingredients sourced from the region’s very best farmers. The identity and values of La Madeleine are deeply engrained in Anissa’s cuisine where she uses the symbol of the madeleine throughout her culinary creations. Offering five and seven-course meals, guests can expect lamb, figs, Provençal pistou and Bergeron apricots from the Rhône Valley and of course tomatoes, zucchinis and eggplants – the stars of the Provence markets! The atmosphere of the restaurant is chic and cosy while on the terrace guests can enjoy and admire the breathtaking view over the vineyards and olive groves.
La Table du Ventoux
La Table du Ventoux provides a bistro-style cuisine using local ingredients and fresh produce. The menu is refreshed every day depending on what is available from the farmers market. Each dish is enriched by herbs which have been hand-picked from the herb-garden above the swimming pool. Guests will enjoy the stunning views of Mont Ventoux and vineyards over breakfast, lunch and dinner and can indulge in a sharing board of tempting French cheeses with a crisp glass of rosé. Every Sunday, guests can expect a delicious brunch with mouthwatering delicacies locally sourced from mature cheeses to seafood and salad.

A true hide-away in Provence
The Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Luberon… It was love at first sight for the Pariente family on their first visit to Crillon le Brave. Emotion provides the initial impetus for all projects, calling them towards a unique experience. In spring 2017, the Pariente family imagined telling a new story through this destination. The architect and designer, Charles Zana gives a new style to the hotel’s common areas, as well as to the suites and rooms, all in keeping with the cachet and the identity of the place. The restaurants and bars were thus decorated in a style bringing together the traditional codes of Provence and modernity. In the 16 rooms and 18 suites, the ancient red terracotta tiles typical of Provence contrast with a warm, but discreet, decoration. Linen is omnipresent, the colours are in natural half-tones, the plaids are cosy, the fabrics soft…A clear and bright atmosphere reigns, encouraging rest and luxury relaxation.
