Upon purchase in 2016, the English owner and his son came up with a new and innovative concept for the domain. On the foundations of one of the most beautiful vineyards in Provence, they decided to build an unexpectedly vibrant and welcoming atmosphere accessible to everyone.
Some months ago, Ultimate Provence opened a stylish boutique hotel, offering the perfect setting for discovering the beauties of region and of course the domain’s wines.
Surrounded by the incomparable Provencal landscape, the Ultimate Provence Hotel is an invitation to stop time and savour the present moment. The hotel’s distinctly contemporary setting is enhanced by tastefully decorated rooms, some of them overlooking the vineyards, others with a view of the pool or the UP Square.
The development of the entire estate has been entrusted to renowned architects Humbert and Poyet, who created a classy, relaxed and chic atmosphere. From the wine cellar and tasting bar to the restaurant and its lounge terrace, as well as the hotel and boutique, UP offers visitors an escape to a captivating atmosphere somewhere hidden between vines and sky. An ideal getaway where one can stroll the immense property; relaxing, tasting wines, enjoying lunch, dinner or drinks with friends, or entertainment under the stars, and even spend the night.
