Ritz Paris Christmas 2020 surprises include a take-away dessert bar
Ritz Paris Christmas 2020: Le Petit Comptoir
Le Petit Comptoir take-away dessert bar of Ritz Paris is back for the holiday season, with gourmet creations to go by Head Pastry Chef François Perret. Decorated and illuminated, it will sparkle this year alongside the hotel’s new winter mascot, a giant teddy bear composed of 1,680 led lights.
A sight that is sure to fascinate both young (and young-at-heart) and usher in the magic of Christmas.
Chef François Perret has put together an exquisite and mouth-watering menu featuring delectable creations such as Christmas fruit tart, Florentine cookies, marble desert, Buddha’s hand, made with fragrant citrus fruit, meringue and creamed rice, or even his chocolate, hazelnut!

As a nod to Switzerland, where César Ritz was born and grew up, Chef François Perret has created the “Mont Ritz” Yule log. With peaks made from chestnut purée and light-as-air mousse-like whipped cream, this festive dessert will take you to the Alpine heights.
