Guests are welcome to enjoy a truly unique farm-to-table experience at the Bostani, the organic farm of Poseidonion Grand Hotel. during which the rich array of vegetables are plucked from the farm’s beds and turned there and then into tasty, wholesome dishes.
A new genre of ‘rustic gastronomy’ can be savoured at the Bostani, which is alive with the infusions of aromatic herbs wafting on the breeze. It is an idyllic spot in which to enjoy a carefree, al fresco dining experience and to taste the bounty of nature in a lovely verdant setting.
The Bostani will be open to receive guests on both Saturday, Sunday and Monday evening, culminating in a festive afternoon on Tuesday during which traditional floral garland making will take place. (See more here)
