The Grand by Interni just landed at Grand Hyatt Hotel, which offers one of the best rooftop views of Athens, just a few miles away from the city center. Lead by executive Chef Thanos Kakaras, who came straight from Mykonos Interni restaurant, The Grand offers a sophisticated fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors, which is perfectly highlighted by the place’s interiors.
Among the menu’s top options are the ceviche sea bass with roasted sweet potato; the “Leche de Tigre” with mango; the lobster risotto with sweet potato and truffle oil and the “Hanger Steak” with mashed Florina peppers. The culinary experience is completed with The Grand’s signature cocktails, which are served in the high-end marble bar by the pool with the great Acropolis view.
Design-wise, the restaurant features state-of-the-art elements and sophisticated pieces of Interni furniture, in an environment that combines modern and exotic references. Nature is a dominant part of the unique rooftop urban garden, promoting the concept of unpretentious luxury along with authentic bright orange Bonaccina chairs from the 70s and the oversized knitted lighting of Kenneth Cobonpue.
Besides offering one of the best rooftop views of Athens, The Grand features also an impressive side- glass pool area available for private dinners and events.
