Pierre Hermé will delight the guests of the famous luxury hotel with an exclusive and immaculately white Christmas creation, an ode to the colors and textures of the snow-capped mountains of the Alps.
The Bûche de Noël Cristal is composed of a crunchy chestnut shortbread base made with Corsican chestnut flour, a layer of moist chestnut cake, a tender chestnut mousse and a light, rose-flavored mascarpone cream.
Sprinkled with sugar shards and a few silver leaves arranged here and there, mimicking the effect of a winter breeze, the Bûche de Noël Cristal by Pierre Hermé for Le Royal Monceau is also extremely photogenic!
