A new entry to the Santorini hotel scene, Istoria Hotel promises serenity and luxury
Away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns and right on the renowned Perivolos black beach, Istoria’s 12 idyllic suites are housed in a renovated palazzo of a legendary socialite.

The hotel which is also a new member of Design Hotels focuses on privacy and luxury. The suites’ architecture combines the traditional, simple abstraction of Cycladic style with stunning contemporary features. Whitewashed walls, wooden roofs, stone columns and floors, elevated spaces, soft fabrics, terracotta textures, along with vintage and new Mediterranean furniture and handcrafted textiles all introduce a new sense of brightness and uncluttered space, creating an atmosphere of serenity, lightness, joy and warmth.

While soaking in the calmness and relaxing surroundings, your stay will be enriched by a wealth of things to enjoy, from the sublime wines of Santorini to the food prepared by famous Greek chef Alexandros Tsiotinis. Every dish in Istoria, tells a story. Just a bite tells the story of its ingredients, the story of the hands that picked the locally sourced vegetables from the family’s organic garden, the story of the freshly caught fish, of the hands that prepared the food, evoking stories of hospitality and sharing.
