Located in one of the most impressive city squares of Greece, the beautiful Aristotelous Sq. and facing the endless sea of the Thermaikos, Electra Palace hotel is one of Thessaloniki’s signature buildings.
Inside the hotel’s Byzantine-inspired facade, hides a neoclassical paradise: wood paneling, marble inlay and wooden floors, plush carpets, cabriole and chesterfield sofas, ornate furniture, luxurious details, generous amenities and, of course, breathtaking views: on a clear day one can easily see as far as to mount Olympus across the gulf. Beneath the Electra Palace Thessaloniki’s windows and balconies, lies the lively city’s centerpiece Aristotelous Square.
Electra Palace Thessaloniki closed its doors in January 2020 for a total renovation. The renovation of the building was a very demanding, technically and architecturally process that lasted until July.
The hotels 138 luxurious rooms and suites, common areas, event halls, restaurants and cafés on the roof-garden, as well as the lobby, were redesigned and rebuilt from scratch, with the final result aiming to fully satisfy even the most demanding visitor. Meanwhile, Electra Palace Thessaloniki fully adopted all the instructions and regulations provided for the treatment of the Covid-19 pandemic, observing the highest standards of hygiene and protection, both of its visitors and its employees.
