Kensho Psarou Mykonos is a zen cycladic paradise situated in in one of the most famous beaches of the world
The experience of staying next to one of the most famous and lively beaches in the world, where a never- ending party is always going on, yet still enjoying privacy, waterfront comfort dining and pure Cycladic vibes can be no less than a rarity.
Kensho Psarou Mykonos is a zen paradise landed in one of the most privileged locations in the world- on the white sands of Psarrou beach, also home of the famous Nammos Bar and its luxurious island shopping mall Nammos Village.
Αrchitecture and interiors at Kensho Psarou Mykonos
Slate and stone meet wood and wicker in an outstanding piece of Aegean architecture.
And just when you were starting to get used to the jaw-dropping location, Kensho’s interior design brings you new waves of excitement. There’s lots of white, light wood, earthy, almost dessert-palette tones, artfully positioned boulders, bamboo accents, terraces toting hot tubs and curvy, cave-like spaces.
Inside, 30 luxury suites narrate their own stories, framed by original artwork and designer furniture. Organic forms in cycladic white, island plants, light coloured wood and the most gorgeous custom furniture from designers like Kenneth Cobonpue, Patricia Urquiola, Redaelli Ricambi and others, create a truly unique space in perfect sync with the setting.
One of my favorite things upon entering a hotel room is to gaze around at all the deco details and surprise items. In Kensho Psarou Mykonos, this took a while. Every single piece was custom made, from the wooden heading and the leather armchair to the jacuzzi pillows and the cupboard hiding a mini bar full of healthy snacks.

A fresh take on gastronomy
The bold menu, signed by Mykonian chef Ippokratis, reinvents Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on seafood. Greek, Japanese and Peruvian flavours become the artist’s palette, mixed and mingled to make gourmet dishes you never thought possible.
Tastes then peak in a sweet crescendo by pastry chef Dimitris Chronopoulos. A combo of Greek delights, French masterpieces and Far East creations lead you on a journey of multi-layered sensations.
Tip! Don’t miss the delicious sushi platters, that many guests choose to enjoy while relaxing in the comfy sunbeds!

As an extra touch, the pool and sea lie mere steps away. If you work up a thirst in the Greek heat, the boho-chic bar pairs signature cocktails with vivid views. Plus, you can always soak up the shade of Kenshō Psarou umbrellas and sun loungers on the shore of the most cosmopolitan beach in Mykonos. While you dig your toes into the sun-kissed powder, you may spot famous faces from all over the world.
The Spa
Just when you thought you couldn’t get more chill, comes the VIP treatment of Kenshō’s well-being and beauty powerhouse, where therapeutic rituals instantly calm and uplift you. Bonus: the Codage cult beauty brand products, that I have again spotted in Hotel Le Roch & Spa in Paris!
Far from being extravagant, Kensho transmits exclusivity vibes and sophisticated luxury to its guests. As you behold the scenery from your private hot tub, you’re bound to feel like you’re in paradise.
