Discover Le Roch Hotel & Spa, a highly anticipated new entry that oozes Parisian coolness.
From the moment I saw photos on the website of Design Hotels, I was looking forward to Le Roch Hotel & Spa opening for two reasons. First, because it seemed to be a hotel with amazing decoration and ambiance and second because I am a fan of Sarah Lavoine, the interior designer of this so cool hotel (Sarah is a true fashion icon with an enviably effortless Parisian style).
The first thing I loved was the color palette of soft pastels and deep dark hues as well as the mix of geometric patterns. And then it was this feeling of luxurious coziness, the one you find in cool Parisian apartments. Big libraries full of art books, velvet slouchy sofas and a design fireplace along with a divine smell from essential oils make you change into a relaxing mode automatically.
This is what goes on in the lobby. Same applies to the rooms where every single detail has Sarah’s distinguishing features. Note also that all rooms have beautiful bathrooms with Moroccan tiles and suites come with a private hammam.
There was a lot more for me to discover: the hidden terrace where guests can relax and enjoy lunch, the gourmet restaurant with a menu curated by rising-star chef Arnaud Faye and the emerald green small pool on the basement. There, I made a mental note to look into the Codage products that are used in the spa and seemed to be very very cool.
On a small street with an authentic Parisian character, the location of Le Roch Hotel is just ideal, considering that Jardin des Tuileries, Place Vendome and Collette boutique are just a few minutes away.
