Andronis Arcadia Hotel is the newest addition to the Andronis family of five-star hotels in Santorini.

Dining at Oishii Sushi Bar of Andronis Arcadia
A series of floating wooden day beds and an in-pool bar in front of the famous Santorini sunset was the stunning background of the dinner my husband and I were about to enjoy on our wedding anniversary. Our choice for the day was the Oishii Sushi Bar whose cuisine has a fusion concept, combining traditional Japanese techniques with the freshest ingredients.
We arrived after the sun had just gone down and the sky kept changing colors in a mesmerizing way. After admiring the boho cool interiors of the hotel’s reception we were guided to our table. The restaurant was also decorated in the same rustic-luxe style as the rest of the hotel, with earthly tones and natural materials. The evening was getting better and better for us. The ambient music played by the resident dj and the friendly laid-back vibes of the place accentuated the bohemian spirit of Andronis Arcadia. We had a series of delicious sushi platters, a refreshing Seaweed Salad with Seasame Dressing salad and one of the best Caramel Namelaka desserts I have ever tried!
