The new chef of Crillon Le Brave
Adrien Burnet joins Crillon Le Brave this season and pays tribute to the local region by sourcing fresh, local produce and providing a refined dining experience with tantalising tastes inspired by Provence. Guests can expect a wonderful selection of new menus full of mouth-watering Mediterranean and Provencal delicacies. From sardines with piquillo pepper, Carpentras strawberries to Provencal lamb and Ventoux truffles. The menus are refreshed every day depending on what is available from the farmers market and the dishes are enriched by herbs that have been hand-picked from the herb garden above the swimming pool. Whether it’s refined dining at La Madeleine or a more casual experience at La Table du Ventoux, guests will be spoilt for choice. Dishes will of course be complemented by wine from the renowned neighbouring vineyards such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The sommelier can organise wine tastings on-site in the hotels very own cave, offering a unique opportunity to discover selected wines and hear from a wine enthusiast.
