One of the most extravagant yule logs of Christmas 2021 is a chocolate architectural gem!
To celebrate its first holiday season, Cheval Blanc Paris and Maxime Frédéric have created a Christmas Log designed like an architectural gem: an ode to the iconic Art Deco façade of the hotel, a gourmet house made of 150 pieces of chocolate meticulously assembled by hand.

Cheval Blanc Paris Christmas Yule Log is definitely one of the most awesome we have ever seen! The façade of this chocolate Maison reveals several drawers of surprises echoing the different spaces of Cheval Blanc Paris: an ode to the Italy of Langosteria with a Sicilian pistachio ganache; a hazelnut and caramel chocolate bite faithful to the spirit of the contemporary brasserie Le Tout-Paris; a tribute to the Mediterranean traditions of candied citrus at the gastronomic restaurant Plénitude; cereals draped in crisp chocolate for the bakery cuisine of Limbar; a rose-scented almond chocolate bar, the emblematic flower of Dior Spa Cheval Blanc.
Under the roof of the Maison, Maxime Frédéric, like a mischievous child, has secretly hidden a log dressed entirely in white.

A sweet lace-like dessert whose vanilla scrolls are inspired by the Samaritaine medallion. Alchemy of almonds, vanilla and orange blossom for a festive gourmet tasting.
Cheval Blanc collection unveiled its Paris City House, in the historic Samaritaine building, in 2021. The hotel’s 72 keys, divided into 26 rooms and 46 suites, as well as the living, dining and wellness areas, have been designed by architects Edouard François and Peter Marino and are dedicated to the French art of living, with a bold, contemporary spirit.
