The hotel’s Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot draws inspiration from a beloved spice and creates the Vanilla Egg.
Hotel Grande Bretagne Athens
The iconic hotel of Athens has created an elegant collection of Chocolate Easter Eggs. GB Easter eggs smell like chocolate – milk, Bitter, white and the sweet caramelized white Dulcey. They manage to lift our Easter mood and compose an ideal gift for all ages. You can find them here
The Chocolate Henhouse of Evok Group
Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and EVOK’s pastry chef has created an adorable chocolate henhouse for the 4 Parisian hotels of the group: Nolinski, The Sinner, Brach and Cour des Vosges.
The Nolinski Creation: A chocolate “poule” made of dark Brazilian chocolate, filled with hazelnut praline. In its middle, there is an egg covered in gold leaf.
Yann Brys’ creation for Brach is made of dark Peruvian chocolate and is decorated with colored tiles made of almond praline, pistachio praline and raspberry fruit paste.
The Sinner hen has a punk haircut! Made of milk chocolate from the Dominican Republic.
For Cour des Vosges, Yann Brys created an elegant hen made of milk chocolate from Madagascar.
