Here, three innovative cocktails make their grand entrance, featuring the renowned champagnes Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosè and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut. This marks the champagne house’s first foray into the cocktail realm, under the guidance of the esteemed Maestro Salvatore Calabrese, a recent recipient of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
The cocktails are a symphony of flavors. ‘Christmas with Jouët’ combines raspberry puree, pomegranate juice, benedictine, and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut—a potential icon in the making. ‘Big Santa’ is a tropical twist with tequila, Cointreau, cranberry juice, agave syrup, and Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosè. Lastly, ‘Jingle Fizz’ marries Hoxton Banana Rum with lime juice, fresh mint, and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, epitomizing sophisticated elegance.
