The new brunch menu, crafted by executive chef Babis Kountouris, is an homage to Greek culinary traditions. Expect dishes that evoke nostalgia, like the classic kagianas (scrambled eggs with tomato) and froutalia, a Cycladic-style omelet packed with potatoes, salami, and San Michali cheese from Syros.
