The project is a collaboration between Michel Reybier Hospitality and Olivia and Grégory Marciano, who acquired the 15th-century palazzo in 2022 and have since embarked on a meticulous restoration. Their shared vision is to create an intimate Florentine escape where heritage meets modern refinement.

Far from the bustle of large luxury hotels, La Réserve Firenze will comprise just six apartments, each designed to feel like a private residence complete with kitchen, dining area and generous living spaces. Interiors by Gilles & Boissier, the Paris-based design duo behind La Réserve Paris and Baccarat Hotel New York, blend Renaissance grandeur with contemporary flair, celebrating craftsmanship and quiet sophistication.
Guests can expect the atmosphere of a private home enhanced by full hotel services, a hallmark of the La Réserve experience.
