Burberry arrives at One&Only Aesthesis with a summer takeover inspired by the turquoise waters of the Athenian Riviera. Expect the British house’s iconic check on the pool, gardens, tennis and padel courts, plus a High Summer 2026 boutique edit.
The Athenian Riviera has always had a thing for glamour. This summer, it gets a British accent. Burberry is taking over One&Only Aesthesis in Glyfada, bringing its signature check to one of Athens’ most talked-about seaside resorts. The collaboration starts on June 16 and will run until October 31, adding a new fashion layer to the resort’s already cinematic setting.
The Burberry Check Goes Riviera

For the takeover, Burberry’s iconic check has been reimagined in a fresh colour palette inspired by the turquoise waters around One&Only Aesthesis. The pattern appears across the resort experience, from the main pool and gardens to the tennis and padel courts.
It feels like a natural match. One&Only Aesthesis sits on the former Asteria site, a place deeply connected to the golden age of the Athenian Riviera. Today, the resort brings back that 1960s seaside mood in a more contemporary way, with bungalows, suites, villas, Private Homes, pine trees, sea views and a very polished sense of escape just outside the city. Burberry adds the styling.
A Summer Wardrobe, Before You Even Arrive
The collaboration also brings a more personal side to the hotel-fashion experience. Guests booking a stay at One&Only Aesthesis can arrange a private styling session at a Burberry boutique before arriving at the resort, choosing pieces for everything from poolside hours to evening plans by the sea.

Guests already staying at the resort can also book a private appointment at the Burberry boutique in Athens. At the hotel boutiques, the edit includes Burberry’s High Summer 2026 collection, accessories and activewear. Expect resort pieces such as polo shirts, bikinis and the Margate raffia bags, handwoven with the house’s check.
There is also a nice historical detail here: Burberry has been connected to beachwear and cruise wear since 1934. So this is not the brand suddenly discovering summer. It is more like an old chapter, retold on the Athenian coast.
British Style, Greek Light
The takeover also includes specially designed buggies and bicycles, giving guests another way to move through the resort’s protected natural landscape.
