NEW Hotel was actually was the first property in town to introduce the Sunday Brunch concept. Located between the traditional district of Plaka with its ancient Roman ruins and the more contemporary Kolonaki neighbourhood with its modern vibe, galleries and fashion boutiques, NEW Hotel is a bridge between the old and the new. This 79-room & suite design project was led by the award-winning designer duo, Fernando and Humberto Campana in partnership with architectural students from the local University of Thessaly.
This season, the brunch at NEW Hotel featured an updated menu that includes delicious egg dishes with signatures such as Egg Benedicts, outstanding Viennoiserie basket all homemade by their bakery chef. Guests can also enjoy mouthwatering suggestions such as the all-time classic NEW Taste burger, fluffy Pancakes, donuts with warm chocolate sauce and a Bloody Mary Selection. An amazing piece of information is also that baking time at NEW starts at 4 am daily to secure a top-rated quality.
