Blue Palace in Crete joins forces with iconic Gritti Palace in Venice for an unforgettable Aperitivo experience
Blue Palace, A Luxury Collection Resort in Elounda has partnered with legendary luxury hotel Gritti Palace in order to create a signature Aperitivo ritual in one of Greece’s most majestic verandas, the Arsenali Lounge Bar at Blue Palace Hotel.
One of the most stunning verandas all over Greece, overlooking the Aegean Sea and Spinalonga Island, Arsenali Lounge Bar is a place where one can enjoy an old-world atmosphere, soak up majestic sunsets and indulge in hand-crafted cocktails.
Walking into the Arsenali Lounge Bar, guests are struck by an 11-meter-high authentic replica of the Heraklion Harbor’s Venetian Arsenal or shipyard. With its iconic design, resident DJ tunes, a new outdoor bar, & creative drinks, curated by award-winning mixologist Aristotelis Papadopoulos, Arsenali Lounge Bar is a not-missed spot before or after dinner.
This summer season, Arsenali Lounge presents “Blue Aperitivo”, a signature Aperitivo ritual with an eclectic menu of cocktails, in partnership with Venice’s legendary The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel.
The collaboration marries the art of the Italian Aperitivo with Hellenic heritage, defined by the iconic location of Arsenali Lounge.
The bespoke menu curated by award-winning bartender Cristiano Luciani of The Gritti Palace is full of seasonal Cretan ingredients many of which are hand-selected from Blue Palace’s gardens. Notable cocktails included in the new menu are four signature ones of The Gritti Palace’s famed Longhi Bar and Riva Lounge: the Bellini cocktail, the Basilica cocktail, the Wild Fennel Martini, and the Acqua Riva cocktail.
Blue Aperitivo will continue throughout the summer at the Arsenali Lounge Bar offering an unparallel sunset ritual and one of the best in Greece.
