This is breaking news. The first W hotel in Greece will open in summer 2022 in Costa Navarino as it has just been announced by Marriott International Inc and TEMES SA. Located at Navarino Waterfront in Messinia, W Costa Navarino will be the newest addition to the W Escapes chain in Europe, after Spain, Switzerland and Portugal.

W COSTA NAVARINO, THE FIRST W HOTEL IN GREECE
In a coastal area of 130 acres, W Costa Navarino will feature 246 modern rooms, suites and villas, many with private pools and unique vistas of Navarino Bay and Ionian Sea. The architectural style and the interior design of the dazzling resort are inspired by local materials such as stone, wood and reed, as well as from the traditional Messinian houses. The architectural design of the new W Costa Navarino has been supervised by the Alexandros N. Tombazis Research Office while the MKV Design signs the interiors.

W Costa Navarino will include five unique dining areas including a beach club designed by the architectural firm K-Studio at a stunning location by the sea. Guests will be able to choose among the cosmopolitan aura of the beach club, the unpretentious gastronomic experience of “Culinary Square” (the hotel’s playful take on a deli food market), the summer vibes of the W Living Room and the relaxing mood of a sunset bar. Modern tennis courts and a venue dedicated exclusively to water sports, but also cycling, hiking, climbing, sailing as well as 4 award-winning Golf courses are some of the activities which will be also offered by the destination. Finally, next to the new hotel, one will find Navarino Agora, an open market with selected shops, street food, open-air cinema and exciting happenings.
Who else can’t wait to check in?
