Hôtel Saint Roch is set to return to Courchevel 1850 in Winter 2026 after a full redesign by Maisons Pariente. The boutique hotel on the Bellecôte piste has long been a discreet favourite among Alpine travellers, and its upcoming relaunch marks a new chapter for the group in the Three Valleys.
A landmark ski-in/ski-out hotel enters a new era in the Three Valleys
Hôtel Saint Roch, one of Courchevel 1850’s most recognisable boutique hideaways on the Bellecôte piste, will reopen for Winter 2026 after a complete transformation by Maisons Pariente. The family-owned group is adding its second address in the Three Valleys, reinforcing its presence in one of Europe’s most sought-after ski destinations.

The reopening comes at a moment when Courchevel continues to evolve, with travellers increasingly seeking hotels that balance intimacy and design craftsmanship rather than headline-grabbing scale. With its privileged location in Jardin Alpin and easy access to the centre of 1850, Saint Roch is poised to return as a refined Alpine base for devoted Courchevel guests and new visitors alike.
Design and Atmosphere
Interiors are led by Friedmann & Versace, the Paris-based design studio known for a cinematic approach to texture and space. At Saint Roch, they introduce a palette inspired by winter light, combining plush materials, sculptural silhouettes and handcrafted details. The result is a contemporary Alpine aesthetic that feels warm, tactile and quietly luxurious. The hotel reflects the artistic vision of sisters Leslie Kouhana and Kimberley Cohen, who shape each Maisons Pariente property with personal references, emotional detail and an emphasis on artisanal skill. Their approach draws from years of family holidays in Courchevel, just steps from Yves Saint Laurent’s iconic datcha.
Saint Roch will feature 37 rooms and suites, a Tata Harper spa with pool, a fitness room, a kids’ club, a restaurant and a ski shop, offering everything needed for a seamless winter stay.
The Experience
Rather than compete with the resort’s more ostentatious openings, Saint Roch positions itself as an elegant winter retreat. It combines ski-in/ski-out ease with a sense of privacy, creating a refuge where guests can slow down, reconnect and enjoy the quieter side of Courchevel.
Insider Tip
Request a room overlooking the Bellecôte piste for some of the most beautiful morning light in Courchevel, best appreciated over an in-room breakfast.
